Manage your subscription plan, view your usage, and handle billing from the subscription page.

Usage

The subscription page shows your current usage against your plan limits:
  • GPX Files — number of files used out of your limit
  • Media Files — number of media files used out of your limit
  • Storage — total storage used with a progress bar
If you exceed a limit, an alert tells you which limit was reached and suggests upgrading.

Switching Plans

You can switch between Standard and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing, at any time. Pricing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
If you want to downgrade to a plan with lower limits, you may need to delete files first to fit within the new plan’s limits.

Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no lock-in or cancellation fee.
  1. Go to Account > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm in the dialog
After canceling, you keep access to all features until the end of your current billing period. The cancellation date is shown on the subscription page. If you change your mind, you can resume your subscription before the period ends.

Manage Billing

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Download receipts

Delete Your Account

If you want to leave Rendzo entirely, you can delete your account from the Profile page. This permanently removes all your data, files, and subscription. See Profile — Delete Account for details.
