Thank you for participating in the Rendzo Beta Program! By using our beta features, you agree to the following terms.

What “Beta” Means

Beta features are early versions of new functionality that we’re still developing and testing. They may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change significantly before final release.

Data Loss Warning

IMPORTANT: Beta features may result in data loss, corruption, or unexpected behavior. We strongly recommend:

Back up your data regularly - Export your GPX files and trip data frequently
Don’t rely solely on Rendzo for critical trip information during beta
Keep copies of important routes, photos, and plans outside of Rendzo!

While we work hard to prevent data loss, we cannot guarantee the stability or reliability of beta features. By using beta features, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

What to Expect

During the beta period, you may experience:

Bugs and errors - Features may not work as expected
Incomplete functionality - Some features may be partially implemented
Changes without notice - Features may be modified, replaced, or removed
Performance issues - Beta features may be slower or less optimized
Downtime - Service interruptions may occur more frequently

We value your input! By participating in the beta program, we ask that you:

Report bugs - Let us know when something doesn’t work
Share suggestions - Tell us how we can improve
Be patient - We’re working hard to make things better

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Rendo, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our products without compensation or attribution.

No Warranties

BETA FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDO, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF BETA FEATURES. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Confidentiality

Some beta features may be confidential and not yet publicly announced. We ask that you:

Don’t share screenshots or details of unreleased features publicly
Don’t discuss confidential beta features on social media or forums
Respect any specific confidentiality requests we make

Changes to Beta Features

We may, at any time and without notice:

Modify or discontinue beta features
Limit access to beta features
End the beta program entirely
Move features to paid tiers upon release

Acceptance

By accessing or using beta features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Beta Program Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use beta features.
